Camel Concierge is our service that delivers your price drop alerts to your Twitter account via public or direct message.

Edit / Cancel Alerts

To edit or cancel one or more of your alerts, follow the steps below. Please note: if you signed up for Twitter alerts only and didn't enter an email address, this is the only way for anonymous users to manage their price watches.

  1. Sign in to your Twitter account and follow @CamelConcierge. This allows us to send you direct messages.

  2. Provide the following information:

    Twitter username

    camelcamelcamel product URL

  3. Click the Submit button and we'll send you a direct message containing the URL to your price watch, from which you can edit or delete it.
